At nouri, all treatments are prescribed and overseen by licensed healthcare providers who are qualified to practice telemedicine in the United States. Our providers conduct individualized evaluations and determine appropriate treatment plans based on each patient's needs and applicable state regulations. Pharmacy services are performed by independent, licensed pharmacy partners.
About nouri and Wasef Health, PC
nouri operates the technology and account-management platform you use to access The Program. nouri does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or fulfill prescriptions, and is not licensed as a medical provider or pharmacy.
Clinical care is provided by Wasef Health, PC under a services agreement. Wasef Health, PC independently controls all clinical decision-making, prescribing, and medical practice. nouri does not direct, supervise, or control physician clinical judgment.
Provider Information
Our network includes licensed medical professionals such as:
- Physicians (MD/DO)
- Nurse Practitioners (NP)
- Physician Assistants (PA)
Each provider:
- Holds an active license in one or more U.S. states
- Practices within their scope of licensure
- Conducts consultations in accordance with state-specific telemedicine requirements
Licensure & State Coverage
Providers are assigned to patients based on the patient's state of residence and the provider's active licensure.
We ensure that all consultations and prescriptions are conducted by providers who are appropriately licensed in the state where the patient is located.
How Care Is Delivered
- Patients complete a secure medical intake form
- A licensed provider reviews the patient's information
- A consultation is conducted (via phone or video, as required by state regulations)
- If appropriate, a personalized treatment plan is prescribed

Wasef Health, PC is responsible for medical evaluations, clinical decision-making, and prescribing services provided through the nouri platform.
