Privacy Notice

Looking for the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices?

The HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices describing how your protected health information (PHI) is used during your care is issued by Wasef Health, PC, the medical group that provides your clinical care. You can request a copy at contact@wasef-health.com or review it through your patient portal.

This page describes what nouri — the technology platform you are visiting — collects from this website and how that information is used. nouri is not a medical provider, not a pharmacy, and does not hold or process protected health information generated during your clinical care.

Who nouri Is

nouri operates this website and the marketing, account, and billing surfaces that surround the clinical program known as The Program. nouri does not practice medicine, write prescriptions, dispense medication, or provide clinical services. Clinical care is delivered by Wasef Health, PC; medications are prepared and dispensed by independent licensed pharmacy partners (see our Providers page).

Information nouri Collects

The information nouri collects through this website falls into the following categories:

  • Account information. When you create an account or request information, we collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and similar identifiers you choose to provide.
  • Billing and payment information. Billing details necessary to process payments. Payment card numbers are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by nouri.
  • Communications. Messages you send through contact forms, support requests, or email.
  • Device and usage information. Information automatically collected when you visit this website, including IP address, device type, browser, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used to operate and improve the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Used for site functionality and, where you consent, for analytics and advertising. See Cookies and Tracking below.

What nouri does not collect. nouri does not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI) generated during your clinical care — including medical histories you provide to your clinician, prescription details, treatment notes, or laboratory results. That information is held by Wasef Health, PC under its HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

How nouri Uses Information

  • To create and maintain your account.
  • To process payments and send transactional communications (receipts, shipping notifications).
  • To respond to your questions, requests, and support inquiries.
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website and our services.
  • To send marketing communications, where permitted by law and subject to your preferences. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud, abuse, or misuse of our services.

How nouri Shares Information

nouri shares information only as described below:

  • With Wasef Health, PC and pharmacy partners. When you enroll in The Program, identifying information (name, address, contact details) is shared with Wasef Health, PC and with the dispensing pharmacy so they can deliver clinical care and ship your medication. Once that information is in their systems, it is governed by their own privacy practices and HIPAA obligations.
  • With service providers. Vendors that support our operations — payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics — receive only the information they need to perform their function on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • For legal reasons. When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of nouri, our customers, or others.
  • In a corporate transaction. If nouri is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor entity will be bound by the commitments in this notice.

nouri does not sell your personal information. nouri does not share your information with advertising platforms for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.
